Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 November 2026. This policy covers the MedFind Gulf website. The MedFind Gulf mobile app has its own privacy policy.

No account, no search history

You do not need an account. We do not store what you search for or which medicines you view with your identity.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings, or visit aboutads.info. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time.

AI summaries

When you ask for an AI summary, the medicine's brand name, generic name, strength and dosage form are sent to OpenAI to write it. Nothing you type and no personal information is sent. The summary is stored so the next visitor gets it without another request. If you press Report, the medicine name and a fixed note are logged for review.

Hosting

The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the service; we use it briefly in memory to limit request rates and do not store it.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13.
